What began as a vision, a dream to serve neighborhoods and bring joy to front porches during a time when the world felt distant. Grew into something bigger than we ever imagined.
Pinky was more than just an ice cream truck. She was a beacon of fun during hard times. A burst of joy when folks needed it most. What started as a small neighborhood route soon catapulted into birthday parties, school visits, office pop-ups, corporate collabs, and massive block parties filled with love, laughter, and sprinkles.
She became the face of Coolin’ Out Ice Cream, LLC. The one everyone waved at. The jingle kids danced to. The legend behind our launch.
And now… Pinky is retired—resting after seasons of sweetness, hundreds of events, and thousands of smiles served.
Thank you, Pinky, for paving the way, setting the tone, and making magic on every corner. Your legacy rolls on in every treats we serve.

SHORTY the Ice Cream Party Bus!
While she’s known today for turning up with good vibes, sweet treats, and party energy, Shorty comes from even more humble, heartfelt beginnings.
Originally created as an Anti-Bullying Bus, Shorty was born with a mission to uplift youth, share love, and stand against negativity. Her roots were all about purpose, showing up for kids and communities in need of encouragement, empowerment, and a safe space to just be themselves.
But as her journey evolved, so did her impact.
Shorty transitioned into the Ice Cream Party Bus she is today — a rolling celebration of joy, community, and togetherness. From backyard birthdays and neighborhood pop-ups to school field days and big corporate events, Shorty does it ALL. No crowd is too small, no vibe is too big.
Every time she pulls up, she brings not only flavor and fun, but a reminder that joy is resilience, community is healing, and we all deserve to feel seen and celebrated.
Shorty’s got heart. Shorty’s got flavor. And Shorty’s just getting started.

While Pinky, our beloved first truck, is officially retired, she now lives on as God’s Beginning of Jingle Joy — the sacred sound of sweetness, fun, and unity that sparked a whole movement.
Now Starz has taken the wheel, bringing the glow, the treats, the music, and the memories to YOU. So be on the lookout — when you hear that tune, just know:
